Huff clinches third place with win

NEWMARKET driver Rob Huff claimed third place in the World Touring Car championship after winning the final round of the series on Sunday.
The Chevrolet driver, who finished fifth in round 23, held off the challenge of world champion Yvan Muller to take the win in the final race.
The victory secured Huff's third place in the overall standings, just one point behind Gabriele Tarquini and 37 ahead of team-mate Alain Menu, who won the first race of the weekend.
Final standings: 1 Y Muller (Seat ) 114 points, 2 G Tarquini (Seat) 88, 3 R Huff (Chevrolet) 87, 4 A Priaulx (BMW) 81, 5 R Rydell (Seat) 77.
